Once compliance gaps are identified Tekas can assist you with Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, COSHH and Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work.
A full review of your training records, validity and relevance to the business, designed to identify your training needs and highlight out of date or unnecessary training and your refresher requirements.
Once your training needs are uploaded to your software module a full audit trail will be provided and refresher dates will be highlighted to you when they come due.
The software will include all training past and present and of all types be it Classroom, In House, E-Learning or Blended Learning. Even NVQ / SVQ style learning can be recorded within the software providing a comprehensive overview of your company training.
